It’s officially the summer of Barbie™. There have been over 100 collaborations (including our very own BANDIER x Barbie™ capsule) with the queen herself, and the movie’s been a box office smash hit. Being a New Yorker has plenty of perks, but being across the country from an actual installation of a real-life Barbie™ Dreamhouse in Malibu isn’t one of them.

Rather than relocate to California just quite yet, visit one of these bright-pink hot spots right here in New York City. With a branded hashtag like #EatPrettyinPink, this Upper East spot is equal parts Serena Van Der Woods as it is Barbie. (But let it be known the iconic doll forever reigns supreme.) Featuring nutritious eats including smoothies and brightly hued salads, it’s the perfect first stop on your Barbiecore eating tour.

Whether you are in NoHo, Dumbo, Nolita, or even LA, Cha Cha Matcha provides a perfectly pink interior while serving up cult-favorite drinks. (The iced matcha latte, naturally, is our unofficial beverage of summer.) They also offer treats like soft serve ice cream to keep the vibe playful and the offerings interesting.
